There are certain images that are so recognizable that you don’t need any context to know what they are. Some of these have started to define West Virginia. They reflect our stories and folklore and some of our favorite places in the state. I bet all West Virginians will recognize these images.

Mr.schultz Seneca Rocks is probably the state’s most recognized rock formation.

Marshall University Marshall grads and others know this green M as the university’s logo.
- Our coat of arms
