With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I’ve been thinking a lot about what I’m thankful for. Of course family, friends, my job, the ability to watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and just the opportunity to live on this amazing planet top my list. However, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere but Texas, for many reasons.
