11 Strange Things About A Warm December In Ohio

As one of the warmest Decembers on record, certain Christmas time activities just aren’t quite the same. Temperatures in multiple parts of Ohio have often reached the mid-60s this month—with some parts of the state even seeing a forecasted high of 70. (I don’t know about you, but it doesn’t feel right to me when I legitimately contemplate turning on my air conditioner in the month of December.) Here are 11 things we’re currently experiencing this Christmas that just aren’t the same when the winter weather is so warm in Ohio:

When you’re Christmas shopping at an outdoor shopping center and you’re not wearing your coat simply to stay comfortable—not because you don’t want to have to carry it every time you go in a store.
