Have you ever passed by a long-abandoned home and wondered what may be inside? We don’t mean the odds and ends that are inevitably left behind after a family leaves, but rather the energy and perhaps the spirits that sometimes take up residence in abandoned homes. Some homes are said to be haunted by actual entities…others simply contain the memories and histories of their former occupants. We don’t know if these Iowa homes are actually haunted, but we do know that they look like they have countless stories to tell.
