Recently, Nevada was hit with a snow storm in Reno. People weren’t prepared for this event, so it resulted in complete chaos. There were several road closings, wrecks, power outages and school closings.

Even though this unexpected snowfall created quite the mess, there have been many times when freshly fallen snow transformed Nevada into a winter wonderland. Let’s take a look at 15 examples below.
