The beautiful town features a gorgeous state park, a quaint downtown, a local museum and a charming mill. You’ll also find The Cleo Red Fisher Museum, which is full of exhibits and information about the area’s fascinating frontier, industrial and forest history. It’s a must-see when you’re in town.

A hike through Mohican State Park is an experience you won’t soon forget, as it’s truly one of the most beautiful state parks in Ohio.( Cabins, cottages and primitive camping sites are available.)

The covered bridge within the park extends over the Mohican River. It’s a popular sight for locals and visitors alike (and makes for a great photo.)

Also within the park, you’ll find Wolf Creek Gist Mill, which dates back to 1831. You can tour the historic mill and its surrounding reconstructed 1800s log cabins.
