South Carolina has provided perfect locations for blockbuster movies like The Notebook, Forrest Gump, Ace Ventura When Nature Calls, and many others. According to the South Carolina Film Commission, the Palmetto State has provided filming locations for more than 100 feature films and another 70+ television movies, series and pilots.

Here are some picture-perfect views and locations in South Carolina that could be straight out of the movies.
