Though Rhode Island only has 39 cities and towns total, somehow a few places are still overlooked. With such major beach towns taking all the glory, it stands to reason that some of the best local gems would be left out of the public eye. One town in particular has so many wonderful attractions that it’s just so worth visiting!

The historic town of Bristol is known for being a vibrant deep water seaport with a rich past.

Gorgeous natural attractions abound in Bristol, with one of the most amazing being Colt State Park.

Inside Colt State Park is the beloved Coggeshall Farm Museum. Many Rhode Islanders have fond memories of field trips past on the farm and learning about the history of the trade in Little Rhody.
