Creepy Gags The Clown Wandering Green Bay Was A Marketing Stunt

People of the city of Green Bay can rest easy: the creepy clown that was wandering the streets has been identified as just a marketing ploy. For days, a clown walking around with black balloons was quietly walking around the streets. People were horrified. People were mystified. People were desperately trying to figure out just what this clown was doing. Did he have evil purposes? Was it someone making a sick joke? As it turns out, the clown was simply a Green Bay filmmaker, Adam Krause, promoting a horror flick. But that didn’t stop people from being creeped out and having some pretty scary nightmares.
