There are few truly remote spots in the densely populated Garden State, but I’d say a restaurant in the heart of Cooper River Park fits the bill. Though just minutes from Philadelphia, this trendy new eatery is surrounded by lush greenery and the gorgeous Cooper River Lake.
Cooper House Restaurant opened this summer as part of a local redevelopment project. It is led by head chef Tony Clark, who has been featured on Rock Star Kitchen.
