OK, thrifters: If you loved our post last week about Kansas’s largest flea market, you are going to LOVE today’s post that is chock-full of bargains and treasures. In fact, there are so many treasures to be found, that this event has been dubbed the Kansas Treasure Hunt:

While not an outdoor market per se, the US Highway 36 Treasure Hunt is a 400-mile-long garage sale that runs from the Colorado to Missouri border.

Started in 2006, this incredible event takes place only a once a year and currently has 35 participating towns and 13 counties (spanning from Cheyenne to Doniphan County).
