There’s nothing like a delicious cup of coffee and a home-baked confection. Business Insider recently named the best bakery in every state. The winner for Utah? Gourmandise – The Bakery, a wonderful little spot in Salt Lake City that’s been open for more than 10 years. As far as we’re concerned, Gourmandise is not only the best bakery in the state…it’s the best in the country!
Gourmandise has received local accolades from Downtown Magazine, Salt Lake Magazine and City Weekly. It has won Best of State for both Best Gourmet Bistro and Best Bakery. Also…we’ve thoroughly explored the menu here for years and can personally recommend this lovely little shop.
Gourmandise - The Bakery is located at 250 S. 300 E. in Salt Lake City. This charming little place has been serving up delicious food and incredible pastries since 2006.

We do have one complaint about Gourmandise. How in the world do they expect us to choose ONE treat? It’s impossible. Luckily, they have these pretty little boxes, tied up with red ribbons that carry more treats home.
