If you are looking for a place to escape city life but don’t want to travel far, Western New York has several quaint towns to enjoy. One of the closest in proximity to the city, and arguably one of the most charming, lies just south of the Queen City. Take the Skyway or hop off exit 57 on the 90 and set an afternoon aside to experience all that Hamburg has to offer.
Hamburg, NY is located approximately 20 minutes south of Buffalo. This quaint village has everything you need for a day of exploration!

Then, grab a bite to eat for lunch. Hamburg’s restaurant scene is really taking off as of late, with several new, upscale restaurants to choose from, like Carte Blanche, pictured here - along with the more casual resident favorites! (We recommend Juicy Burger and Coyote Cafe for a relaxed atmosphere!)
