With the sun out shining and our days growing longer, we’re ready to start planning out every minute of our free time so that we can get outside to do some exploring. Luckily for us, the Empire State is filled with an assortment of outdoor attractions that manage to keep us busy during these warmer seasons.

One of our many favorite gems in the Western half of our state, the tiny town of Ellicottville is home to one thrilling adventure.
