Sushi in Nevada? Why not? Being landlocked and having fresh seafood are not mutually exclusive and Kaizen Fusion Roll & Sushi proves that. From more traditional Japanese items like edamame and miso soup to basic rolls, sashimi, and tempura, this unassuming restaurant has a huge variety of specialty rolls featuring exotic and unusual items. Diners can choose from a la carte items or have the chef create an Omakase—”Chef, I’ll leave it to you”—personalized sushi menu. Take a look at this amazing unassuming restaurant and see if your mouth doesn’t water.
Kaizen Fusion Roll & Sushi is located at 4480 Paradise Road, Suite 900, in Las Vegas. This unassuming storefront sits in a small strip mall across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
