Summer’s quickly barreling toward us and that means only one thing: Finding ways to stay cool during the hottest and most humid days of the year. Don’t barricade yourself in the house, blinds drawn and air conditioner on full blast. Head outdoors and stay cool while enjoying the summer sunshine as you slip and slide down this natural waterslide near Pittsburgh.

Pack your car with your favorite summer treats, a cozy beach towel, and your swimsuit and head to Ohiopyle State Park, home of Meadow Run Natural Waterslide.

A word of caution, however: Swim at your own risk. There are no lifeguards and some people have complained of getting bumps and bruises on the waterslide.
