This world-famous landmark replica was built specifically for billionaire George Barber by artist Mark Cline.

Bamahenge was constructed from fiberglass and measures 21 feet high and 104 feet across. It’s also aligned with the summer solstice just like the real Stonehenge is.

You may notice a set of four life-size dinosaur sculptures located along the edge of the woods near Barber Marina. These “Dinosaurs in the Woods” were also created specifically for George Barber. Like Bamahenge, Mark Cline was the artist behind this project.

Directions to Bamahenge: You’ll either drive along US Highway 98 for eight miles east of Foley, Alabama, or 21 miles west of downtown Pensacola, Florida. You’ll then turn south onto County Road 95. After driving approximately five miles, you’ll turn right onto Fish Trap Road. You’ll continue driving for half a mile and then turn left at the Barber Marina sign. After driving one mile, you’ll see Bamahenge on the right.
