Given the spectacular dining options amidst recreated landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and stunning resorts such as Bellagio and Venetian, choosing one truly whimsical restaurant proved rather challenging. Enter Rose. Rabbit. Lie. at the Cosmopolitan Hotel located along the famed Las Vegas Strip. This inspired supper club hearkens back to days of yore in both its appearance and menu and is a must-see (and eat) for all gourmands.
