If you’ve been following the Only in Wisconsin page long enough, you are well aware of the quirkiness that fills our state. This quirkiness can carry into our restaurants. So while it might seem strange to the rest of the United States, it makes perfect sense that, in Wisconsin, you can eat good pizza while listening to a man play an organ. Why isn’t this a national chain by now, really?
