The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for parts of Hawaii and says an additional two feet of accumulated snow is possible in some areas. The warning, which is in effect through Saturday evening local time, is for the Big Island’s volcanic peaks of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa and the accumulation is expected in areas with an elevation of 11,000 feet or higher. The winter weather warning will drop down to a watch on Sunday....
