Bonanza farms were one of the essential things that made North Dakota what it is today, and much of western United States. They came up in a blink of an eye and seemed to fade away just as fast. Unfortunately, that part of our history is mostly gone and there are no true bonanza farms left in this state – except for one. While we have places that were made into bonanza themed museums like Bonanzaville in West Fargo, ND, we only have one true farm left that is still standing from where it was all those years ago and you can still visit it today....

Just like every other state, Minnesota has been home to more than a few tragic events. Disasters, both natural and manmade, have struck here just as they have elsewhere. While it is convenient to forget about places with a deadly history, it may be better to remember. Today we’ll work on remembering Glensheen Historic Estate, better known as Glensheen Mansion. Located in Alaska’s largest and most populated city of Anchorage is a very intriguing yet incredibly strange area where the road literally appears to be able to pull vehicles from the bottom of a hill up to the top. This area is known as “gravity hill” and it is located off Upper Huffman Road on the south side of town.
