For most of us New Yorkers, we’d like to think that by St. Patrick’s Day we can have our winter coats tucked away in the closet for the year. Yet somehow the month of March is almost entirely behind us and the majority of our state is still walking outside only to find themselves surrounded by snowbanks and icicles. Sure we’d love to get back those 70 degree days that we were ever so kindly teased with by Mother Nature several weeks ago, but there’s an upside to these lingering cold temperatures that you shouldn’t forget about!...

Alabama is home to the most beautiful state parks. From stunning lakes and breathtaking waterfalls, to majestic mountains and lush forests, our state parks provide the most unbelievable natural scenery. Of all the state parks in Alabama, the one that everyone should visit this year is Monte Sano State Park. With approximately 750 miles of stunning coastline, the Hawaiian Islands are home to countless incredible beaches and coastal secrets.
