Winter storm Decima is coupling with a polar vortex and blasting into Wisconsin for the weekend, just in time to make sure everyone has a white Christmas to remember.

Just as that second wave of snow starts to wind down, then that Polar Vortex, a chilling mad rush of wind from no place other than the North Pole, is going to plummet temps in much of the state to as much as 30 below zero Saturday night.
