Patriotism isn’t taken lightly here in South Carolina. It’s much more than just planting a flag once a year or lighting some fireworks on 4th of July. It’s a feeling of pride and a bone-deep appreciation of what our soldiers have done for our state and our country. Anyone can say they are patriotic, but South Carolina does more than just say it; we exude it. Here are 10 reasons why South Carolina is the most patriotic state in the nation.
- South Carolina’s voters were 2,888, 268 as of 2014! Now that’s a lot of voters.
