Located just south of Salina, this charming Assaria cafe isn’t housed in a generic stand alone building; it is housed in the old 1919 Assaria High School Building.

While all of this is fun and unique, the pièce de résistance of the Renaissance Cafe is that the restaurant seating surrounds the original 1919 sunken gymnasium.
