It may come as a surprise to some, but Nebraska is home to a lot of fantastic vineyards and wineries. There’s one that’s totally unique, though, with something for just about everyone.

Located in the rolling green hills of southeastern Nebraska, just outside of Pawnee City, sits SchillingBridge Winery and Microbrewery.

It’s the country’s first farm, winery, and microbrewery combination. The nine-acre property has been growing grapes since 2002, and their microbrewery was completed in 2007.

The on-site production of both wine and beer means that you get high-quality products that you know were made right here in Nebraska. It also means that you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to picking a drink.

If you’re the designated driver for the day, try the fresh brewed root beer. Get any of the beers or root beer to go in a unique plastic growler.

SchillingBridge products are available in some grocery stores. One of their fun products is the wine-a-rita, a ready to drink lemon lime flavored beverage that marries the best parts of wine and margaritas. Sounds like a match made in heaven.

You can also buy products direct from SchillingBridge, so after an afternoon of enjoying the beautiful facility you can take home your favorite drink.

But you don’t have to rely on wine and beer to fill you up. SchillingBridge also serves delicious food.

Their prime rib is to die for, and there’s plenty of variety on the menu to keep everyone happy.

SchillingBridge’s grounds are historic and interesting in their own right.

Sit in the outside seating area or take a walk around the beautiful grounds to experience nature’s bounty. The fresh air makes the wine and beer taste even better.
