It started as a 1974 Bruno & Stillman 42’ Commercial Lobster Boat.

Shanks at Harborside/Facebook After being used as a research vessel for 20 years, it was finally decommissioned, which is when Shanks stepped in. It took nearly a year to customize the boat and convert it in to a state of the art kitchen.

But now food is served right out the back of this fully transportable lobster boat!

Especially since they have some pretty sweet outdoor dining.
