San Francisco is certainly not a spot for snow lovers. While many of us love San Francisco for its temperate climate, sometimes we could all use a day to play in the snow. Head to Donner lake instead of the popular Lake Tahoe, in the same area, and enjoy the sledding, tubing, and now snowshoeing offered here.
