In a state like Oregon, it’s impossible to find just one “best city.” Our coastal cities have stunning views of the ocean, our university towns have amazing cultural and educational offerings and our biggest city (we’re looking at you, Portland) is just too incredible for words.

So there’s simply no way we could ever choose just one city in this great state. Luckily several others have done it for us. By all accounts, the city of West Linn is the Best City In America.
