When it comes to maple syrup, New Hampshire knows the sweet liquid better than any other state. It’s no surprise that many maple-themed stores have popped up across the Granite State. In February and March, when the maple starts flowing, is the perfect time to visit these spots because you can see the syrup-making process in action. But one massive maple shop stands above the rest — with a store, restaurant and working sugar shack, Parker’s Maple Barn is extraordinary. Check it out:
