It’s a privately-owned candy store, museum and factory you can tour via trolley on select days of the week. This family-owned company has been making delicious treats since 1906. You’ll find it at 400 N Portland St., Bryan, OH 43506.
Dum Dums/Facebook According to the company’s website, “Spangler Candy purchased Dum Dums in 1953 from Akron Candy and moved the operation to Bryan, Ohio.”
On average, the factory produces 12 million Dum Dums per day. (That’s approximately 2.4 billion Dum Dums per year!)

During your visit, you can explore the factory’s candy pack-out and warehouse areas via the Trolley Tour. It’s a really unique way to explore the company’s history and inner workings.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, you can take a trolley tour on Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (The last trolley leaves at 2:30 p.m.)
