Everyone loves train rides, and there’s a new Christmas-themed train ride this year at the Cass Scenic Railroad! Take a look at this journey that will be available starting next week.

The Elf Limited ride starts at the Cass station.

A steam-powered engine will pull the enclosed, climate controlled passenger cars over 3 miles of newly rebuilt tracks.

The train will then stop at The Parliament of the Pines, Santa’s secret elf training ground in West Virginia.

Here you’ll see elves learning what it takes to be one of Santa’s helpers.

Of course, the trip won’t be complete without getting to meet Old Saint Nick himself.

The first trip will be on the weekend of November 25-27. Elf Limited trains will then run every Wednesday through Sunday from November 30 until December 11. You can choose either a 5:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. departure time.
