When it comes to libraries, New Hampshire is an important state. The first public library in the nation started in Peterborough, and one New Hampshire library is among the most exquisite libraries in the world. Check it out:

The building’s interior was designed by the architect Louis I. Kahn in 1966, as a gift from the class of 1945.

The main area inside stretches the height of the entire building, giving the library a grand presence.

But there are also cozy nooks through out the library where student can study. They’re often decorated by the students that use them.
