This Baltimore tradition has become nationally recognized, and for good reason. One look at this magical street and you’ll see just why it’s deserving of so much attention.
Decades ago, a man named Bob Hosier met and married Darlene Hughes. The Baltimore pair both happened to be Christmas enthusiasts. They festively decorated their 34th Street rowhome and the holiday cheer soon spread throughout the block.

The rest, as they say, is history. Today, this annual Hampden neighborhood tradition is known as The Miracle on 34th Street.
