Deeming any hike one of the most beautiful in Oregon isn’t a simple task. The Beaver State is chock-full of spectacular trails, so the bar is inevitably set very high. However, the 5-mile Mulnomah-Wahkeena Loop Hike is something special. This gorgeous trail winds through the spectacular Columbia River Gorge, passing eight jaw-dropping waterfalls (and countless other beautiful sights) along the way.

The hike begins at the amazing Mulnomah Falls.

Continue along the Wahkeena Creek through a mesmerizing, emerald green forest.

Soon, you’ll arrive at the majestic Fairy Falls.

Next up: Ecola Falls.

You will also pass the stunning Weisendanger Falls….

Circling back to the trailhead, you’ll find yourself at the top of the incredible Multnomah Falls.
