If you’ve ever driven past Dogfish Head Brewery in Milton, you might have seen this crazy treehouse hanging out in the front yard. It turns out that this Steampunk Treehouse joined the Dogfish Head family in June of 2010, after a few years in the Nevada desert at Burning Man. What a well traveled treehouse! Check out the story of the coolest roadside attraction in Delaware.

The Steampunk Treehouse that hangs out in front of Dogfish Head Brewery is one of the most interesting structures in Delaware.

The Treehouse started out as an art exhibition by Sean Orlando and the 5-Ton Crane Crew, a group of artists from California.

It came to life in 2007 as an impressive piece of art.

It was originally displayed at Burning Man, where it became a jungle gym and a refuge for people hanging out in the Nevada desert.

Finally, Dogfish Head brought it home to their brewery in Milton, Delaware.

Check out this video to get a closer look at the inside of this magnificent creation, and learn what it means to the off-centered crew at Delaware’s favorite brewery.

If you haven’t visited the Brewery, first of all, what are you waiting for?! It’s the best Brewery tour in the country – and one of the best tours in the world. Visit them and see the Tree for yourself at 6 Village Center Blvd, Milton, DE 19968.
