A panel made up of food writers and lobsterman determined that the owners of Freshies (who are originally from the New England area) knew exactly what they were doing when they were creating this phenomenal sandwich.

Made up of both a restaurant as well as a food truck, the landlocked-based business brings a non-native dish to Utah that people just can’t resist.
