This special area has been around since 1971, yet relatively few know about this incredible feature. Here’s more on the wildflower garden you’ll want to visit ASAP:

The Mill Mountain Wildflower Garden is located atop the park’s namesake, Mill Mountain. An exact address is 210 Reserve Ave SW, Roanoke, VA 24016.

The garden has been established on top of the mountain since 1971. Today, it is overseen by the dedicated Mill Mountain Garden Club.
