The Cloudland Farm is located at 1101 Cloudland Road in North Pomfret. From Woodstock, take Route 12 North to the Billings Farm & Museum (just outside of town). Turn right onto Old River Rd. Go approximately ¾ mile to Cloudland Rd. on left (next to a cemetery). They are 3.8 miles up Cloudland Road on the right. Look for the Cloudland Farm Market sign and yellow building with a porch.
