The beautiful Wyoming wilderness and bluegrass music perfectly complement each other. That’s why 23 years ago the Natrona County Roads, Bridges & Parks Department got together with Townsquare Media and started the Beartrap Summer Festival on Casper Mountain.
Over the years, the festival has expanded to embrace a variety of music types and has grown to attract big-name headliners along with the cream of the crop of local performers. You’ll also find a marketplace with vendors, a food court, artists, and craftsmen plus attendees can even participate in music workshops given by the performers. There’s so much packed into two days, the Beartrap Summer Festival is an epic way to spend a summer weekend.
