The Pitchfork Fondue is easy to find - either follow your nose or head south down U.S. Highway 191 in Pinedale.

Now in its permanent home, Matt and Liz David carry on the traditional cowboy cookout that was started in the mid-1990s on a cattle ranch a little further north, right outside Jackson Hole.
