If you’re in need of something of an escape from your daily routine, no place will provide a breath of fresh air like Roaring Run Trail in Botetourt County. Not only is this trail in pristine National Forests, but it also happens to feature wildflowers and a waterfall.

Botetourt County Of Virginia The trail can easily be made into a 1.5-mile loop, as 2 separate paths both lead to the Roaring Run creek. Most hikers enjoy following the stream side trail towards the falls and then returning along the Woodland Trail.
