If you’re looking for a little holiday cheer (yes, it’s that time already!), then look no further than the Caltrain Holiday Train presented by Silicon Valley Community Foundation. This yearly train makes its way down the Peninsula the first weekend in December. It stops at nine train stations over two nights, on December 3 and 4. This express train is decked with thousands of lights and holiday decorations. There are train rides outside of San Francisco, including the Niles Canyon Railway Train of Lights in Fremont.
For more information on this spectacular train, check out the website for the Caltrain Holiday Train. The Train of Lights has been an annual tradition for many Bay Area families for more than a decade. Now, let’s get in the holiday spirit!
