True to typical Northwest scenery, there are a lot of evergreen trees in Portland. However, tucked away throughout the city are several places where you can enjoy some epic fall foliage. Head out on this short drive to see some of the best fall foliage right in the city. October is the best month for spotting the colorful changing of the trees. Plan on a couple of hours to enjoy these spots, or make a whole day of the adventure and stop in somewhere new for lunch to break up the car time.
