Waffle Champion started as a mobile eatery in 2011 and quickly turned into a waffle haven in historic, Midtown Oklahoma City. Their specialty is simple: waffles. Sweet Waffles. Waffle Sandwiches. They serve breakfast, lunch, coffee and drinks. You can eat inside the restaurant Tuesday - Sunday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. or pick-up something to go at the late night window on Friday and Saturday nights from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.

You can order your waffles in one of two ways: classic or liege. Classic waffles are made with buttermilk batter, vanilla n’ cinnamon, and are not too sweet. Liege is a Belgian style, yeast dough with caramelized pearl sugar.
