By now, you’ve probably chased a few waterfalls in Ohio. (Especially if you’re a regular reader. )
While you can’t walk behind most of Ohio’s waterfalls, there’s one within the Hocking Hills that you can walk behind—and it’s a truly beautiful thing to experience. We’re talking about the steady trickle that flows from Ash Cave at Hocking Hills State Park.
The Ash Cave Trail features a .25 mile long Gorge Trail that is wheelchair accessible, as well as a .5 mile long Rim Trail.

Most days, the falls that flow from the top of Ash Cave are fairly narrow…

…but being able to walk behind them is still a magical experience.
