Though Rhode Island might not have many towns to be kept a secret, many of the state’s municipalities are often overshadowed by the popular beach towns. Somehow a few gems remain a little less disrupted by tourists. This town, though definitely a popular place in the summer, still remains a relative secret in comparison to places like Newport and Narragansett.
Found along the Connecticut border on the southwestern shoreline of Washington County is the stunning town of Westerly.
