How do you like to enjoy the outdoors? For some, experiencing all that Mother Nature has to offer involves roughing it inside a tent. Others may prefer the coziness that comes with renting a cabin. Or, if you’re looking for a 5-star experience, you can even stay at a luxurious lakeside resort in the Ozarks.
Aside from those forms of accommodation, there’s another one that often flies under the radar. I’m talking about yurts. They may have a funny name, but they can be a lot of fun to spend the night in.
When you visit Lake of the Ozarks State Park, you can reserve your very own yurt.

Compared to a tent, staying in a yurt will feel like “glamping.”
